The Hack That Will Get You In Shape (Even If You Have No Time)
Whether it's because you have a busy day job, kids, (both 😰), or you just plain don't want too getting in shape is time-consuming and hard.
Almost everybody can agree that to lose weight you need a healthy diet and exercise. What exactly that means varies from person to person and something that a blogger online will not be able to find for you.
HOWEVER, getting toned can be made easy with this simple tip that I learned about 1 or 2 years ago.
THE TIP: Drum roll please... don't work out all the time!
By exercising in one big burst, you are more likely to be hungrier later in the day and therefore eat all the calories you had burned away.
Now I'm not saying don't exercise, but if you don't exercise normally regularly, than small moves such as tightening your abs in 1 minute intervals (about 4 times as often as you can throughout the day) or squeezing your butt (1 minute 4 times, as many times throughout the day as you can) can be great ways to tone in the middle of a busy day.
Now go get those abs!
