A Healthy & Refreshing Fruit Salad

What You'll Need:

For Dressing:

1) 1/4 cup honey

2) 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

3) Zest of 1 lemon

For Salad:

1) 6 oz. strawberries

2) 6 oz. blueberries

3) 6 oz. raspberries

4) 3 kiwis, peeled and sliced

5) 1 orange, peeled and wedges cut in half

6) 2 apples, peeled and chopped

7) 1 mango, peeled and chopped

8) 2 cups grapes

Directions:

1) Whisk together honey, orange juice, and lemon zest.

2) Add fruit to a large bowl and pour over dressing, tossing gently to combine. Chill until ready to serve.

This refreshing summer salad is easy to customize and to make- it'll only take 20 minutes total (not including chill time) and makes about 8-10 servings. Perfect for the next summer party!Happy cooking!
